How to use our publications

RCF is editorially responsible for its publications. Use the publication date, jurisdiction and cited source to understand the scope of each publication.

  • The white paper is a comparative analysis with a reference date of 20 July 2026.
  • The position paper presents RCF's position. It is not an independent government evaluation.
  • Official legislation and primary sources remain separate from RCF's interpretation. Review the original source before relying on a conclusion.
  • To request a correction, contact RCF and include the relevant page URL and a concrete source.

Follow publications

RCF publishes papers and historical policy research, not general news. The feed lists the foundation's own existing papers under their original URLs. New papers appear in the feed with the next publication; existing historical papers are not re-dated as new.
